摘要
Strategic planning is a means to enhance the efficiency of the public institutions activity, therefore also to increase their contribution into the state development in regard to complexity principle problematical methodological provision for strategic planning of the public institutions predetermines it that created solid theoretical potential of strategic planning isn't being used. Implementation of the principles of strategic planning of the public institutions passing from the form, which is typical of present day practice of institutions, to the content is possible only as a consistent evolutionary process. One of the most important factors to quicken the process is methodological provision consisting of choosing strategic planning methodology adequate to target orientation and real possibilities of the activity of an institution, preparation of a principal model and specifying its components to the level of methods of fulfilling objectives, basing of acceptability of the methods to solve of the suggested objectives of strategic planning model of an institution too. Complex methodological provision allows to reach the largest effect of synergy of strategic planning in the public institutions.
