摘要
Many of applications for silver nanoparticles are useful in microbiology as an antimicrobial agent. For assessing antimicrobial activity it is necessary to ensure that the suspension of material is stable and the stabilizing are bio compatibles. Among the methods that have been proposed for synthesis of silver nanoparticles, there are the electrochemical methods such have been showed to have advantages as due to easiness to controling synthesis variables This communication proposes the synthesis of silver nanoparticles with one electrochemical technique, in presence of polymer Pluronic (c) F68. The obtained material was characterized by by UV-Vis and TEM microscopy. It was proved morphologic characteristics and polydispersity index are improved when the synthesis is made in presence of surfactant.
