Major hazard installations problem is a critical status we are facing now. Region risk assessment and analysis is poorly needed in city construction due to the lack of scientific plan. Quantitative Risk Analysis(QRA) is a widely used risk assessment method, yet most analysis are based on the simple superposition of the risk assessment results of individual hazard installations, discard the interaction between the major hazard installations. In this article, the influence of the interaction between multi-hazards to the region risk are studied. A modified formula for the personal risk of QRA is proposed, together with a transmission coefficient is introduced to describe the quantity of the interaction and influence of the major hazard installations. Finally, a detailed calculation of the modified personal risk due to two interactive major hazard installations is studied as a sample.
