摘要：

Cloacal malformation is an extremely rare fetal pathological condition. It affects predominantly females, with prevalence of 1:50,000 birth. Prenatal ultrsonography usually reveals: a cystic mass in the lower abdomen, ambiguous genitalia, oligohydramnios and a single ombilical artery. Here, we report a rare case of 19 weeks of gestation with characteristic ultrasound features of cloacal malformation (cystic pelvic mass, oligohydramnios and ambiguous genitalia).
