Thermodynamic characteristics of solution and viscous flow of amino acids in water at 298.15 K

摘要
Therinodynarnic and transport properties of' aqueous solutions of' 13 arnino acids at 298.15 K are analyzed in relation to the structurz, of' the side chains of the biornolecules on the basis of' the newly obtained and published data. The standard enthalpics of' solution (A,01Y)), partial molar volumes (02,,), and partial molar contributions to the molar Gibbs 1'ee eneray of' activation of the viscous flow (Ap) were determined lor the amino acids in water. Correlation,quations were suggested to describe the relationship between the enthalpy characteristics of' hydration i--)I' arrino acids, viscous flow parameters, and bulk properties ol' their aqueous solutions.
