摘要：

This study try to examining the relationship between knowledge sharing behavior and information exchange in the E-Learning Environment via I-Class from the ePJJ students of Universiti Teknologi MARA Kedah, Malaysia and how does it inflict on their knowledge sharing behavior. Questionnaires were use to get information from the student such as Identification, online socialization, personal expectation. The total respondents are 70 students were selected randomly. This study uses Descriptive Statistic, Pearson Correlation and Cronbach's Alpha in order to analyze the data gathered by using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS).
