摘要
Recent studies on performance appraisal has contested that the success of performance appraisal systems in some extent is decided by ratees' perceptions of fairness and their reactions. In this paper, based on reviewing, analyzing and integrating the literatures of fairness perception, we analyze the factors that may affect fairness perception of performance appraisal and the relationship between fairness perception and employee behavior, then discuss the implications of this study and offer some suggestions for future research.
