摘要：

Scientific and technological activities are a very important part of independent innovation, and technology management is the organization and management of scientific and technological activities. To strengthen intellectual property management is very important for the protection of the new achievements of scientific and technological activities. In this paper, basing on the definition of contents from the different objects of scientific and technological activities, it focuses on the analysis of scientific and technological activities' status quo, emphasizes the important role of patent in technology management, and raises corporate intellectual property management strategy implemented in the management of scientific and technological activities according to corporate role and task in science and technology activities.
