摘要：

Urban and rural logistics Information platform is the complex integrated information platform which is multilevel, multiple structures and open. The major issues of regional logistics research and development are to promote smooth use of urban and rural logistics Information platform. This study is based on present situation analysis of urban and rural logistics Information platform in China. From the actual needs of urban and rural economic, social development on urban and rural logistics information platform, system platform architecture and design program can be developed. Meanwhile, the function of every system is studied, which offers theoretical support for completing urban and rural logistics Information platform. The rapid development of urban and rural logistics information could also be achieved.
