摘要
Typical metasurface structures consist of patch and mushroom structures. To reduce the size of the unit cell structure, this paper presents the metasurface composed of multi-layer ceramic capacitors in a checkerboard pattern for radar cross section reduction. The reflection in a direction different from the incident wave depends on the division of the checkerboard pattern.
