Strategy Tree and Fuzzy based Cloud SLA Change Management

摘要
Due to the volatile nature of Service Level Agreements (SLA), dynamic management is vital for both service consumer and service providers. As a result of technology innovation, cloud computing SLA content updates are not accurate with consumer needs. Further, public SLAS are used as templates and when a new SLA is issued, requirement mapping to all its public SLA is necessary. To manage cloud SLAs in dynamic manner, SLA management using Real Options Analysis (ROA) is proposed here, mapped to its public SLA draft while issuing new SLA. Based on the consumer needs, change management in cloud environment also changed. It schedules change deployment automatically using the policy-set given by strategy-tree. If a client requires SLA change in Platform-as-a Service (PaaS), Software-as-a Service (SaaS) or Infrastructure-as-a Service (IaaS), assignment of instances are done either weekend or weekdays at any time. The change management using strategy tree is compared with fuzzy based alternative method. Results shows that proposed system gives better results.
