摘要
System aberration correction was compensated by an in-situ wavefront correction method based on orthogonal mode decomposition and constructive interference. The spatial light modulator simultaneously was employed to display the holographic phase map and compensate the aberration of the whole system chain. Correction effect of high-order Bessel-Gaussian beams are visually displayed, and the corresponding correction effects are also quantitatively evaluated.
