摘要
The aim of this research was to examine the significant impact of the cash flow, profitability, liquidity, and capital ratio on company financial performance. The research results showed that the estimation of binary logistic regression variables of OCF, ROA and CAR have significant levels < real level (alpha = 0.05), meaning that the variables of OCF, ROA and CAR have negative and significant effect on company financial performance. The estimation of binary logistic regression variables of LDR have significant levels > real level (alpha = 0.05), it means that the LDR variables have no significant effect on company financial performance. The recommendation for investors is, in general, investors cannot use the Loan to Total deposits to determine the financial performance of the companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange, especially for the companies engaged in financial sectors.
