摘要
This scientific approach aims at achieving a quantitative and qualitative analysis of how the investment climate affects foreign direct investment. The investment climate represents the strongest argument behind a transnational company's investment decision when it examines the investment opportunities in a particular economy. The analysis of the main factors constituting the variables of the investment environment is achieved using methods specific to statistical analysis, to the analysis of the correlations between variables, but also methods involving multi-linear regression. The results enable the creation of a comparative image of how the specific elements of the investment climate specific to the Czech and Romanian economies affect the foreign direct investments of these countries.
