New asymptotics for the zeros of Whittaker's functions

摘要：
Uniform asymptotic representations for the zeros of the Whittaker functions M-K,M-mu(z) and W-K,W-mu (z) are derived from well-known uniform asymptotic expansions. The approximation formulas involve the zeros of Bessel or Airy functions.
