Study on synthesis and biological reactivity of ternary complex palladium (II)-biquinoline-malonate

摘要
The ternary complex [Pd(biqu)(mal)] (.) H2O (in which biqu is 2,2'-biquinoline, and mal is malonate) was synthesized, its inhibition activity against lung cancer cell AGZY-83a was observed with IC50 of 21.9mug(.)mL(-1), and the interaction of the complex with sperm DNA was determined by fluorescent spectra, UV-spectra and CD-spectra. The binding constant (K-M) of the complex and sperm DNA is 2.03 x 10(8) and its interaction with pBR322 plasmid DNA was also determined by gel electrophoresis. The results show that the complex interacted with DNA mainly by intercalative mode.
