摘要
High-intensity interval training (HIIT) has proven to improve cardiovascular fitness as well as motor and social skills of children with ADHD. Similarly, the self-esteem and quality of life of children with Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) can be positively influenced by HIIT. Face-to-face exercise allows individual care and increases the compliance of children with ADHD. HIIT, at least to a certain extent, imitates the children's natural, interval-like movement behaviour and offers the possibility to integrate this into the daily routine of the children through a short training period.
