摘要：

In this paper, according to China's current situation of coal mine safety in production, combination of "General requirements for coal mine safety" and the actual needs of coal, design of Based on Web coal mine safety monitoring and management system's overall plan and specific functional blocks, proposed C / S system design structure, realizing the client and the server software design, and on SSH, dynamic graphics, AJAX and other key technologies were analyzed and studied.
