摘要：

The fact that progress in building energy efficiency is slow and the market of building energy efficiency has not been perfect in our country, needed the government to help it to the fight path by means of policy guidance and macro-control. This paper described the current situation of the building energy efficiency in our nation, analyzed the major problems and their causes of formation in the developing, process. These problems were such as high resources consumption, low energy utilization efficiency, and the lack of momentum in developing building energy efficiency. After using the foreign experiences and practice as a source of reference, the paper put forward some countermeasures from aspects of the policy 'making, planning, construction and building materials, to promoting the implementation of the building energy efficiency in our nation.
