摘要
In LTE Trunking communication system, users move in terms of group to dispatch and execute tasks. eNodeB may turn into hotspot in a short time. In order to balance the system load and reduce call blocking probability, the paper propose a load balancing algorithm with OFDMA technology based on two typical services. When origin eNodeB initiates load balancing mechanism with adjacent eNodeBs, the point to multipoint service carrying (group call service) may be switched to target eNodeB to share broadcast channel because users belonging to one group receive the same data. If group call service carrying handover is not available then the point to point service carrying is to be switched to target eNodeB according to maximum SLPeNodeBi-j (t). Simulation results show that, the proposed algorithm could balance the system load, and reduce call blocking probability and improve system capacity efficiently at the same time.
