摘要：

with the fast development of Chinese economy, the number of high-rise buildings has climbed rapidly and created major impacts consequently. In consideration of this, it is necessary to discuss the structural design of high-rise buildings as an important issue. In this article, the author analyzes the basic characteristics and main steps of high-rise building's structural design, and elaborates his own understanding of type selection and seismic design thereof.
