摘要
A theoretical model is developed to describe nucleation of mixed helium-vacancy clusters in nickel within the fusion energy environment. Consideration is based on the non-stationary balance equations using the parameters obtained by methods of molecular dynamics with the account of different configurations helium clusters in a matrix. The nucleation rates and distribution functions of helium-vacancy complexes during nucleation stage is found. It is shown, that presence of the mobile helium sharply increments the nucleation rate of voids due to increase of thermal stability of the subcritical clusters.
