摘要
The focus of this study was to investigate the mechanism of a greenhouse gas nitrous oxide (N2O) by using hybrid system in a bench scale sequencing-batch reactor (SBR) for simultaneous nitrification, denitrification and phosphorus removal (SNDPR). Different level of N2O emission can be identified by the difference of N2O production rate and N2O reduction rate, which caused by different types of carbon source and oxygen state. In this research, acetate and lactose were used as carbon substrates, and Poly-beta-hydroxyalkanoate (PHA) and glycogen were dominant store carbons in the cells. When the stored carbon PHA existed under aerobic condition, the relatively high N2O production rate and relatively low N2O reduction rate lead to N2O accumulation; thus caused the highest N2O emission from the system.
