摘要
The effect of the O-16 -> O-18 isotope substitution on the properties of the Pr0.5Ca0.5MnO3 manganites doped by Cr and Ru is studied. In these compounds, chromium and ruthenium favor (i) the suppression of a charge-ordered state and (ii) the formation of a ferromagnetic metallic clusters. The O-16 -> O-18 isotope substitution leads to an increase in the charge-ordering transition temperature (T-CO) and to the lowering of ferromagnetic transition temperature (T-FM) accompanied by a decrease in the content of ferromagnetic phase. The difference in the properties of the Cr- and Ru-doped compounds is analyzed.
