摘要：

Last years have brought a transformation in the use of Information Technologies. However, IT spending is not under an adequate control. This situation is even worse in micro, small and medium enterprises. A critical aspect is to know what services they spend their money. So, it is necessary to know what services the IT department provides. The objective of this paper is to show a model based on the concept of process asset library that allows a micro, small and medium enterprise to obtain its catalogue of services in a simple, flexible and inexpensive way.
