摘要
The article combining the characteristics of China's iron and steel enterprises has analyzed the necessity and feasibility of the domestic iron and steel enterprises changing the traditional mode of economic growth and establishing a recycling economy development model. And also has put forward China's iron and steel enterprise development cycle of the basic economic model. The author established three chains of circular economy according to the authors of the three major functions of the economic cycle (production, energy use, waste elimination of social satisfaction) requirements. Iron and steel enterprises have achieved a low consumption of raw materials, high efficiency of energy, minimize emissions of pollutants and attain the aim of developing circular economy. The development of circular economy's practice of Zibo, Shandong Iron and Steel Limited has proved that China's iron and steel enterprises establishing a recycling economy is an inevitable choice of the company to achieve sustainable development.
