摘要：
An evaluation problem in supplier selection is studied in this paper. Firstly, according to needs of practice in supplier management, a criteria system involving overall abilities of suppliers is established considering long-term relationship between suppliers and organization. Then, based on the introduction of group decision, a fuzzy group decision method for supplier selection is presented, which give weights for each decision-maker using AHP method and resolve the problem using fuzzy evaluation method to get ranking for suppliers. Finally, one example shows the effectiveness of the proposed method.
