Research on Liuzhou automobile spare parts industry based on supply chain management

This article analyzes the status and characteristics of Liuzhou automobile spare parts industry in a perspective of supply chain management. Then, it points out that the key problems of Liuzhou automobile spare parts industry, that is, there are weak strength of the automobile spare parts provider, the products have low technical contents, and there are unreasonable manufacture structure and low level cooperation and high operation costs. Finally the author proposes some countermeasures to promote the supply chain of Liuzhou automobile spare parts industry.
