摘要
The combined influence of internet for enterprise environment is analyzed. The concept and general method of enterprise human resource management based on internet is given. The countermeasures of human resource management actions under internet such as strategic, looking for real talent, training and developing, using, encouraging, keeping and appraising is discussed.
