摘要
As an effective risk identification and analysis tool, flow chart analysis intuitionistically expresses project's component and their logic relationship, and can easily locate the risk, find the important and weak part of the project. Flow chart analysis is also good at identifying external risk. However, because flow chart do not contain resources, responsibility and time element, it can not estimate the loss of current asset and the loss by responsibility; analyze risk's factor and can not evaluate risk's influence on project's final time limit. The extend flow chart introduces resources, responsibility and time element and expresses every activity chart's time window, needed resources and required responsibilities. Therefore, The extend flow chart analysis avoid flow chart analysis's disadvantage and can be used to estimate the loss of current asset and the loss by responsibility and the loss of expected income, can easily and detailed analyze risk's influence on other project's part and easily find risk factor and estimate risk's influence on time limit.
