摘要
A dual-band microstrip antenna is designed for aviation and mobile application. It is using the slot loading technique and the short-sheet loading technique. Grooving an L-shaped slot on radiation patch. It can change the original current path and form two relatively independent current loops, the antenna works at 1 GHz and 2.48 GHz. The minimum return loss at 1 GHz is -32.28 dB and at 2.48 GHz is -14.48 dB. Both of two working frequencies have enough bandwidth, and can meet the frequency requirements of aviation navigation systems and of Compass Navigation Satellite System efficiently. This design is analyzed by electromagnetic simulation software, and measured results show the effectiveness of it.
