摘要：

Statistics from Ministry of Education showed in August data that 75% university graduates are eager to start up their own business independently, but finally the genuine pioneer only accounts for 1.94%. The primary cause of failed start-up companies is that there's no prompt measure to deal with the unexpected business risk. This article attempts to find the major business risk, analyze the origin of these risks, and explore the countermeasures constructively, for start-up companies by university students, in order to strengthen the consciousness of risk avoidance and improve their risk management capability.
