摘要
The electrical transport properties of yttrium hydride YHx (x similar to 3) was studied by the electrical resistivity measurements at low temperature and high pressures up to 55 GPa using a diamond anvil cell. YHx was an insulator at ambient pressure and became metallic above 40 GPa. Anomalies, which may be attributed to some phase transitions, were observed in both rho-P and rho-T curves at 40-60 GPa and 150 K, respectively.
