摘要
This paper's objective is to estimate the natural and anthropogenic component of chemical elementary composition of the suspended particles (PM25) and her possible emission sources. For it, a site the west one this zone was sampled. The sample collection period was developed from December 1(st), 2004, to March 31, 200, the sample time was of 24 hours. For its elemental characterization, the PIXE (Particle Induced X-Ray Emission) atomic technique, was used, with which 16 elements were determined, allowing an elemental characterization not contemplated in the current monitoring networks. Natural and anthropogenic component were calculated. S Cl, V, Ni, Cu, Zn and Pb were obtained as the elements that shape the component anthropogenic and K, Ca, Ti, Cr, Mn and Fe the natural. Of these results were determined the possible emission sources; the soil for the natural and the industrial activities and combustion of fossil fuel for the anthropogenic. For what the potential of an analytical technology like PIXE allows to obtain multielementary information, in an operation alone. This information can be correlated to study his behavior and to determine his possible emission sources. With which it is possible to suggest strategies for to control and in the possible to eliminate the emission of these elements anthropogenic to the atmosphere and with it to eliminate or to control the adverse effects to the health of the population.
