摘要
The reason ethnologists have often refused. to be considered as travellers is that they experience the same beadiness. :Exactly like today's tourists, traveller-writers mainly had in mind the tales to be told when they would go back home. They lived their travels in the future perfect tense. But might we all not experience our lives as narratives? By becoming aware of this, the ethnologist may better understand other persons' narratives.
