摘要
We report on recent results obtained in studies involving electronically inelastic electron scattering from furan. In particular, we considered the electronic transition from ground state to the B-1(2) excited state. The scattering calculations employed the Schwinger multichannel method implemented with pseudopotentials and were carried out up to a nine-state close-coupling plus polarization level of approximation.
