摘要
With the development of semiconductor technology and large-scale integrated circuits, Radio Frequency Identification (RFID), which is one of the most promising information technologies, is being widely used in the logistics, transport and security, and other fields. Aimed at the large-scale applications of RFID, this paper presents a RFID framework, which is base on wireless sensor network (WSN). In this framework, the RFID readers become wireless sensor nodes, and RFID tags are monitored targets. It studies on the composition of sensor network node, network topology control, access Gateway, and network protocol. In addition, principles of the RFID framework are given. The RFID framework absorbs the advantages of WNS, such as flexibility and feasibility of network deployment at low costs, expands the scope of RFID applications, and provides a new method for large-scale RFID applications.
