摘要
The Hamiltonian function of a charged particle in a weakly inhomogeneous magnetic field perturbed by a plane wave is determined correct to terms of the order of the small parameter inclusive. The canonical motion equations averaged over the fast phase for motion in the vicinity of the resonance are derived. (C) 2002 MAIK "Nauka/ Interperiodica".
