摘要：

General approaches to the modeling of adaptive organizational systems are formed in the paper. The approach is based on the possibility of representing the organizational system by a family of models. They must represent certain levels of the organization that simultaneously possess the specified property. As an instrument for ensuring adaptability, appropriate management is considered. Uncertainty is one of the key features of adaptive management of the organization.
