摘要
Research on services computing in the last 10 years results in service organizations in which the organizations take benefits of the services computing to improve their service systems for creating services values. To date, as the service sector grows, the organization is required to be able to develop service system with clear value. The adoption of service technology and service computing for developing service system becomes main concern in this research area in order to fulfill the needs of providing IT services that enable and support business services effectively. This paper proposes a comprehensive services computing systems model. The goal of this research is to provide an understanding of service system in a structured and systematic manner from the perspective of services computing. We also implement the model to measure services quality for three different IT services.
