摘要
Deuterium and tritium labelled 17 alpha - ferrocenyl - 17 beta - oestradiol was obtained by lithiation of 17 alpha - ferrocenyl - 17 beta - oestradiol(prepared by addition of ferrocenyl - lithium to the ketone function of protected oestrone), followed by the treatment with (H2O)-H-2 or (H2O)-H-3.
