摘要：

Optical remote and underwater measurements were carried out to elaborate methods for estimation of waters state in turbid coastal and inland waters. The main interest were possibilities of detection and monitoring of algae blooms by passive optical remote sensing. Usefulness of merchant ships in monitoring of water state is discussed.
