摘要
As the research object a manual piston pump is designed lightweight, by using optimization theory and FEM&CFD software. The manual piston pump body and the end cover are designed proper structures according to the flow field and the structure strength. The optimized design and analysis calculation provide credible theory, and lay the foundation for the engineering application design and manufacturing of the product.
