摘要
(ZnOHF)-Zn-1 was for the first time applied in the photoelectrodes of quantum dots-sensitized solar cells (QDSCs). The QDSCs based on ZnOHF nanostructures achieved more promising performance than those based on ZnO nanorod arrays. Therefore, ZnOHF has shown much prospects in photoelectrochemical cells (QDSCs and DSSCs).
