摘要
A facile one-potmethod of femtosecond laser ablation in solution to synthesize hydrophilic silicon nanocrystals is presented in this communication. These silicon nanoscrystals emit colorful photo-luminescence when excited at different wavelengths. This simple method has potential applications in the preparation of luminescent silicon nanocrystals passivated with different organic molecules.
