摘要
A series of C-10 acetal artemisinin dimers were synthesized using Sonogashira cross-coupling reaction. All these novel semisynthetic artemisinin dimers exhibited excellent growth inhibitory activity against Lung A-549 human cancer cell line. (C) 2013 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
