摘要
A silicon-on sapphire photoconductive antenna (PCA) as a terahertz source has been simulated by COMSOL Multiphysics (R) using wave optics and semiconductor modules. A periodic nanoplasmonic structure has been incorporated to improve terahertz radiation.
