摘要：

Plant production in the Republic of Croatia is characterized by the seasons due to its time dimension. Thus, it is included in the extractive activities. Crop productions are complementary ones and are a condition of propulsive activities affecting numerous complementary productions. The crop production complementary is reflected in the better meeting consumers' demands and total revenue increase resulting in coordination and operation of the grains products relative to production, processing, finishing, distribution and consumption. Therefore, the paper deals with analysis and estimation of the crop production status indicating significance of agricultural and economic development as well as causes and consequences of decreasing crop production and utilization. Based on the obtained results agrarian policy measures aiming to increase grains products manufacture, processing and finishing will be proposed.
