摘要：

This paper proposes a new remote control system based on hand recognition module. In this module, we put forward a new input and control method using the Flu moments vectors detected of hand motion captured by at small camera on an information appliance such us a remote controller. Then, a Support Vector Machines is used to Find a decision border between the palm gesture and mauley gesture. At test time, a decision is taken using the previously learned Support Vector Machines. This algorithm brings a 3.5% error rate of identifying hands in the complex background.
