摘要
Comparative powder diffraction and pole figure measurements are performed with monochromatic and pulsed white neutrons at FRJ-2 and ISIS, respectively. Experiments are based on identical samples and the same detector equipment at the instruments SV7 and ROTAX. Results of angle dispersive monochromator and time-of-flight techniques are discussed with respect to d-spacing coverage, intensity, measuring time, and data analysis.
